Orders & Payment

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we may assist.

Candle & Fragrance Safety

Our products must be used as directed. Always follow care and safety instructions included with your purchase. Never leave candles unattended, burn only on heat-safe surfaces, and keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
