Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier conditions.
Heat & Weather Considerations
Some products may be sensitive to heat or extreme weather during transit. While we take care in packaging, temperature-related changes can occasionally occur. If your order arrives in poor condition due to heat exposure, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
Address Accuracy

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier and will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
