We want you to feel confident in your purchase from Wilde Lavender Supply Co. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wildelavendersupplyco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Because scent is subjective, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based on fragrance preference. We do our best to describe each scent as accurately as possible to help you make an informed decision.
